Ruby red reflections, Dry and slightly bitter flavour, with herbaceous and fruity scents. After moderate ageing it evolves in a bouquet of mature fruits and tomato leaves. Great to be combined with boiled meats, both red and white. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C (60-65°F)

Soil:Flysch of the Eocene epoch with a prevalence of sandstone
Growing system:Guyot
Harvest:Early October(first ten days of the month). Grapes are hand harvested, selected and separated into crates
Vinification:Maceration on the skins for at least 15 days at about 26°C. Once racked off and softly pressed
Enhancement:The wine stands in steel at a controlled temperature for at least 12 months. Once bottled the wine is left to mature for 4 months before sale
Alcohol content:13% vol
Organoleptic characteristics:Its deep red colour, after moderate ageing, takes intense garnet red glits. The wine is dry and slightly bitter flavoured and has a refined bouquet that gains in fruit flavours with age

Intense pale yellow colour, with rich and fruity bouquet; the taste is soft, round and wrapping. This blend comes from Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes, mixed according to the season and partially aged in wood.

This blend is obtained with grapes of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep red with purple reflections and clear scents of grass and spices. Full, intense and absorbing flavour.

Refosco dal Peduncolo rosso

This wine is made of local native grapes and has a deep red colour with purple reflections, with a spiced bouquet of wileberries. It is a dry wine with complexity and balance.

Sauvignon

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, bouquet with prevalence of sage and yellow pepper. The taste is dry and pleasantly citrine, elegant and wrapping.

This wine is made of local native grapes and has a red-intense rubine colour with purple shades; you can appreciate an intense fragrance of black pepper and wildberries. The flavour is lively and intense, and with aging it evolves into a bouquet slightly herbaceus, musky and leaves a tipical aftertaste of walnuts.
