Organoleptic
characteristics:


  intense golden yellow colour tending towards
amber, scent of mature ripe fruit, nuts, stewed
apples, apricots in syrup and vanilla; moderately
sweet, fine, balanced and soft but full bodied,
with fruity flavour and delicately tannic.
Conservation:

  keep in a cool fresh place, it stands moderate
aging of 3-4 years.
