Production area: D.O.P. FRIULI COLLI ORIENTALI
in the hills of the municipality of Attimis at 200 m. above sea level.
Type of wine: Dry white.
Soil: Flysch of the Eocene epoch with a prevalence of sandstone.
Growing system: Guyot.
Harvest: Early September ( first ten days of the month).
The grapes are hand harvested, selected and separated into crates.
Vinification: Slight maceration at a controlled temperature followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Enhancement: 6 months of natural fermentation in stainless steel vats. Once bottled the wine is left to mature for 2 months before sale.
Alcohol content: 13 % vol.
Total acidity: 6,00 gr/l
Organoleptic Characteristics: Straw yellow colour with green tinge, bouquet with a prevalence of sage and wild pepper.Dry and nervous flavour that is elegant and absorbing.
Conservation: Keep in a cool, dark place.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C
Bottle: 750 ml
Food combinations: Suitable for appetizers and fish dishes accompanied with sauces. Perfect match with artichoke dishes.
